To get started with your Khadas VIM4 you’ll need the following accessories:

• 24W USB-C Adapter
• USB-C to C Cable
• 4K HDMI 2.0 cable
• HDMI-compatible 1080P/4K monitor
• USB keyboard and mouse

Your VIM4 is equipped with an HDMI port, so it can connect directly to a monitor with an HDMI cable.

Your VIM4 is compatible with a variety of power supplies, which are characterized by the minimum specifications for the best performance and stability.

Your VIM4 will boot up after connecting a 12V/2A power source to the USB-C port. You will see the Khadas Logo appear on the display. If the white LED flash in a regular pattern, the board boots into OOWOW by default because you haven't installed any OS into the eMMC (OOWOW is factory installed on VIM4 SPI Flash).

Once booting into OOWOW, you can follow a OOWOW guide to install the preferred OS.
